Please remember that some flowers can be harmful and should never be consumed. Certain individuals may develop allergic reactions. We encourage you to keep our flowers away from children and pets to ensure their safety.

Payment:

We accept all major debit and credit card payments.

Ordering:

You can place an order through our website: www.magnoliafloristuk.co.uk  24/7. Orders can be placed up to 4 weeks in advance, we also offer next-day delivery. 

To receive deliveries on Sundays, please place your order by Friday at the latest. 

Delivery:

Delivery fee £6.99.

We deliver our floral arrangements within the Gateshead and Newcastle area. Upon receiving your flowers, we recommend keeping them in a cool place away from heat sources. Trimming the stems and refreshing the water regularly can help keep your flowers fresh for longer.
Returns and Refunds:

​Each product page provides detailed descriptions and dimensions of our arrangements, and we take photos upon delivery to ensure quality. Please note that colours may slightly vary. If the arrangement you receive differs from the description on our product page, we will accept a return.

Occasionally, we may need to substitute flowers. If this happens, we will notify you via email or text message and seek your approval before making any changes.

If we are unable to deliver your order, we will issue a full refund.

You may cancel your order up to 14 days before the delivery date for a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made within less than 14 days of the delivery date due to the perishable nature of flowers and greenery. Refunds may take up to 3 weeks to appear in your account.

Workshops:

From time to time, we host workshops. If you need to cancel your registration, please do so at least 14 days before the workshop date for a full refund.

Our workshops involve the use of various florist tools. We will explain their proper use to ensure your safety, but it is your responsibility to handle them with care. Some individuals may have allergies to certain flowers and greenery. By participating in our workshops, you acknowledge and accept any risks involved.

You must agree to our privacy policy and terms and conditions before using our website or participating in our workshops.

We want to assure you that we are doing our best to make our customers happy. Our goal is to bring joy to our customers. When you're happy, we're happy too.
